About Access O’Keeffe

Access O’Keeffe explores new ways to engage the public in learning about the art and life of Georgia O’Keeffe, one of the most important artists of the 20th century. Working with contributors around the world, the O’Keeffe Museum provides free access to all known artworks by Georgia O’Keeffe as a user-friendly searchable browser with related images, exhibition histories, archival materials, and other data associated with the artist’s catalogue raisonné. The resulting product based on a Linked Art data platform offers new ways to explore an artist’s full body of work through data visualization and other research tools.

Information in Access O’Keeffe is provided as a research resource to provide access to the best current understanding of the artist’s oeuvre. The Georgia O’Keeffe Museum does not authenticate works and inclusion in Access O’Keeffe is shared to further research and scholarly dialogue but not to make claims of authentication.

Information about Georgia O'Keeffe's artwork is largly based on: Lynes, Barbara Buhler and Georgia O'Keeffe. Georgia O'Keeffe: Catalogue Raisonné. Yale University Press, 1999. Updates are cited and found in the Catalogue Raisonné section of those works.

Please contact the Access O'Keeffe team using the Access O’Keeffe Feedback Form with questions, concerns, or updates.
